Spicy Crack Slaw

This is a go-to in my house. I make it weekly. I love how lean I feel after eating this meal. No bloating at all. This recipe is also perfect for a busy week because it reheats so well and is easy to make in bulk.

1 Servings:



7 oz ground 99% turkey breast (1 leanest)⁣⁣

1 cup chopped cabbage (2 greens)⁣⁣

1/4 cup diced jalapeño (1/2 green)⁣⁣

1/4 cup chopped scallions (1/2 green)⁣⁣

1 tbsp soy sauce (1 condiment)⁣⁣

1/2 tsp minced garlic (1 condiment)⁣⁣

1/2 tsp sriracha (1 condiment)⁣⁣

2 tsp toasted sesame oil ⁣(2 healthy fats) ⁣⁣


Brown turkey in a medium heat pan⁣

Once it’s just about cooked through, add in the jalapeños, garlic, and whiter greens of scallions ⁣

Then add cabbage and 2 tbsp water. Cover until wilted.⁣

Turn heat down to low and stir in soy sauce ⁣

Turn off heat and stir in sesame oil ⁣

Top with sriracha and dark greens of scallions
