Spicy Crack Slaw
This is a go-to in my house. I make it weekly. I love how lean I feel after eating this meal. No bloating at all. This recipe is also perfect for a busy week because it reheats so well and is easy to make in bulk.
7 oz ground 99% turkey breast (1 leanest)
1 cup chopped cabbage (2 greens)
1/4 cup diced jalapeño (1/2 green)
1/4 cup chopped scallions (1/2 green)
1 tbsp soy sauce (1 condiment)
1/2 tsp minced garlic (1 condiment)
1/2 tsp sriracha (1 condiment)
2 tsp toasted sesame oil (2 healthy fats)
Brown turkey in a medium heat pan
Once it’s just about cooked through, add in the jalapeños, garlic, and whiter greens of scallions
Then add cabbage and 2 tbsp water. Cover until wilted.
Turn heat down to low and stir in soy sauce
Turn off heat and stir in sesame oil
Top with sriracha and dark greens of scallions
