Sesame Turkey Bowl 🥑 ⠀

This is simple, extra lean, and delicious. YUM!

7 oz 99% ground turkey (leanest)⠀

1 1/4 cup arugula or spinach (2.5 greens)⠀

1/4 cup diced fresh jalapeño (1/2 green)⠀

1 tsp toasted sesame oil (1 healthy fat)⠀

1.5 oz avocado (1 healthy fat)

1.5 tbsp lite soy sauce (1.5 condiments)

1 clove minced garlic (1 condiment)⠀

1. Brown turkey in medium heat skillet⠀

2. Add jalapeños and garlic halfway through ⠀

3. Once turkey is cooked, turn heat to low and add arugula and soy sauce. Stir arugula until wilted ⠀

4. Turn off heat and add sesame oil ⠀

5. Top with avocado and enjoy!!
