Ahi Tuna Poke Bowls

Craving sushi? I've found your solution. You can get really creative with these bowls. Have fun with it! Also, a great option for a fun dinner party.

1 Servings:


Ingredients:⠀

7 oz sushi grade ahi tuna (leanest)⠀

1/2 cup spring mix (1/2 green) ⠀

1/2 cup cucumber (1 green)⠀

1/4 cup sprouts (1/2 lean)⠀

1/4 cup jalapeño (1/2 green)⠀

1/4 cup scallions (1/2 green)⠀

1.5 oz avocado (1 healthy fat)⠀

Poke sauce ingredients:⠀

1 tbsp soy sauce (1 condiment)⠀

1 tsp toasted sesame oil (1 healthy fat)⠀

1/2 tbsp chili garlic sauce (1/2 condiment)⠀

1 tsp lemon juice (1/2 condiment)⠀

1/2 tsp sesame seeds (1 condiment)⠀

Directions:

1. Whisk together poke sauce ingredients in medium sized bowl⠀

2. Cube tuna and mix into bowl with poke sauce. Let them marinate covered in the fridge for about 20 minutes.

3. Assemble bowl however you like! You can sub out any veggies. Radishes would be a great addition!⠀
